Network advantage

Cost
CampusAve is based on a revenue sharing model, so there is no money outlay for your publication. Classified advertising revenue streams:
- Charging for online classifieds in any of the web categories, including housing, jobs, for sale etc.

Online Classifieds
The payment gateway for placing web ads is very similar to craigslist and will help retain (or bring back) business that is going in that direction. CampusAve offers a highly interactive user experience that includes:
- Ability for posters to post online listings with unlimited text and with up to 4 photos each
- Ability for users to store their favorite listings for quick reference on a future visit
- A customizable "My Account" section that enables users to edit their listings, view order history and send and receive messages directly through the web site
Print Classifieds
Given that print clients tend to be more traditional in their methods and processing print classifieds has a rich history in many organizations, CampusAve offers a variety of ways to integrate your system with the online payment gateway and online classifieds application.
On a daily basis, the system will export all the print classifieds that are received via the online portal and email this rich text file to a pre-specified email address. This file can then be imported into InDesign or to the software platform of your choosing.
CampusAve can import and export with AdPro, Fakebrains and other software platforms.

Security
The Web site has several security measures in place to prevent inappropriate listings:
- Newspaper is given the ability to delete listings from the Web site
- No credit card information is stored on CampusAve's servers
- All credit card transactions utilize address verification and a CIC code check
