Static images include files with the extensions:

Uploading these files can be tricky the first time, but is not difficult to do.  We have prescribed certain naming conventions so that any files uploaded can be retrieved and reused down the line for future campaigns.

Here is a step by step:

  1. Under the Campaign tab, begin by clicking Create beneath the Creatives heading.

  2. Name your creative by using the Atlas naming convention:
    account number_advertiser name_ad size.
    ex. 0001_Nike_468x60

  3. Proceed by selecting your advertiser from the preset list.

  4. Select creative format.

  5. Select creative size from the appropriate drop down.  For reference, see image.

  6. Click Main Options in the blue navigational bar.

  7. In the Main Options section, click Upload next to the Creative URL.

  8. To locate your file click Browse and select the appropriate file.

  9. In the lower right hand corner, click Submit.

In completing these 10 simple steps, you will have uploaded a creative that can be used for an unlimited number of campaigns and will be stored in your folder indefinitely for future access.  It is critical to follow naming conventions – if you do not have your account number, contact us through http://support.collegepubliser.com.
