Mass Notification for Password Reset:
You will want to have a mass notification sent to your users and site admin, after you launch on CP5, allowing them to reset their passwords. Contact support@collegepublisher.com to do this. College Publisher will then send an email to all of your users and admin with a link where they can reset their password.
To let us know when you are ready for the mass notification to be sent to your users, e-mail support@collegepublisher.com with the subject line "Re: Password Reset." After your approval, we will notify users to reset their passwords.
Individual Password Resets & Unsubscribe Request:
For users who email you asking to reset their password or unsubscibe, have them go to: www.yoursite.com/login. Here they can insert email address, and have their password reset and sent to their email account.
To unsubscribe: users need to login, and change their settings from recieving newsletter, and this will remove them from subscriptions.
