Teaser – This element will be used quite a bit as it is the way to highlight the major stories on your site. The default image size on a teaser is 75 pixels square. However, if you choose the "top story" check box, the photo size will increase to 300-350 pixels depending on your template, and the location of the element. You can increase the size of the "top story" photo via CSS to display up to 640 pixels wide.

Video – This element will allow you to upload a video to run inside this element. All videos should be .flv files and be no more than 8MB.
