Regular Phone Support
During business hours (9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST), you are can reach a member of our affiliate relations team. Our team can assist you with your concerns or questions in all aspects of the College Publisher software, from marketing your site to technical details. If all team members are assisting other partners, you can leave a voicemail with us.
After-hours Emergency Support
Our after-hours support line is designed for emergencies (site outages, inability to publish). Call our after-hours support line for any time-sensitive emergency issues.
Now you can chat directly with our team members during business hours.
Create a support ticket for our design and technical teams for non-emergency issues. Within 24 hours (business days), someone on our staff will respond to your query. Please be specific and provide the best contact information so we can easily get back to you. Creating an account on the support site enables you to view news updates, track submitted tickets and have access to our growing knowledge base of common support questions.
